All orders of products in stock will be dispatched the same day if payment is completed before 17:00 p.m. Otherwise, it will be sent the next working day. Orders of products out of stock, will be dispatched within a maximum of 2 working days, after contacting with the customer. On Saturdays, Sundays and holiday there will be no delivery service and are counted as non-workdays.

No order will be dispatched until confirmation of payment has been completed.
Lead times may vary. The delay does not imply any cause cancellation of the order or any compensation.

We work with the following transport companies: Correos Express, MRW. Shipping costs are at the charge of buyer.

Delivery costs (packaging, handling, shipping and insurance) are not included in the price shown on the website.

In case of additional fees such as import taxes and/or customs duties, they will be paid for by consignee to the competent authorities.

The products will be delivered to the address detailed by the customer when placing the order. In case of change to delivery address may be involved extra costs.

If the consignee does not accept the goods, the buyer is responsible for the value of the consignment and also the return shipping charges.

ELECTROBAT is only responsible for goods until transport company (choosen by the customer or, otherwise, by ELECTROBAT) collect them.

The customer is responsible for controlling the goods upon receipt and before use. After goods are accepted and signed for proof of delivery of transport company, customer agrees with received order and waives the right claim later on. If any mistake or damage is detected at the moment of delivery, customer must be informed about that in the proof of delivery of transport company and also notify this fact to ELECTROBAT in 24 hours by email electro@electrobat.com
