NOTICE! All packages received during August will be arranged from September 2nd

1. The return time is within 15 days of product reception.
 
2. The return procedure starts when INFORM us by email about REFERENCE of the part and DELIVERY ORDER or INVOICE NUMBER.
 
3. The part must be returned in good condition (adequately protected) with ORIGINAL BOX AND LABELS and with RETURN FORM duly filled.
 
4. The return will be REFUSED if parts have marks of having been assembled and /or used.
 
5. The return will be REFUSED if parts are broken.
 
6. The return will be REFUSED if original box is marked, with tape, spotted or broken.
 
7. Return transport cost is ORGANIZED BY THE CUSTOMER, otherwise package will be refused.
 
8. In case customer does not have an agreement with any TRANSPORT COMPANY, Electrobat, S.L. will organize the collection at customer´s expense.
 
9. Electrobat S.L. will asume return cost in following cases:
 
    a) Part was sent in error.
 
    b) Goods are broken or in bad state during shipping AS LONG AS goods are checked at arrival and Electrobat, S.L. and transport company will be duly informed.
 
10. As soon as goods arrive at our warehouse and the technician team checks all above conditions are accomplished, Electrobat S.L. will admit the refund according to the method of payment or will send a new item.
