Electrobat S.L. accepts the return request within 15 days of receipt of the product
. In exceptional cases the period could be extended to 30 days.
It is advisable to check the condition of the product at arrival
to verify any damage in transit.
All items must be returned in good condition (adequately protected) with original box and labels, without any sign of having been assembled
. In case goods are damaged, we will not admit the return.
Electrobat S.L. will assume return cost in following cases:
- Item was sent in error.
- Goods are broken or in bad state.
- Delay of delivery date.
In other cases, customer will assume the transport charges.
No returns will be accepted if they do not fulfill above conditions
Return process is as follows:
- E-mail or fax must be sent detailing purchasing document, date, reference and reason for the return or exchange.
- To request an exchange, inform us about new product desired.
To start the procedure, it is essential that the customer contact Electrobat S.L. No return will be accepted if we have not been notified previously
As soon as goods arrive at our warehouse and the technician team check all above conditions are accomplished, Electrobat S.L. will admit the refund according to the method of payment or will send a new item.
